My inquisitive interest in the human mind and the meaning of life led me to pursue advanced education in the field of psychology. After completing my undergraduate studies in Dramatic Literature, where I was exposed to major theories of personality and character development, I moved to the United States to further my education. I have earned my doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology, an APA accredited program long known for its commitment to hands-on clinical training. I was extensively trained to help individuals and couples throughout Los Angeles, including Hollywood Mental Health Center, Health Right 360 at South Central Training Consortium, and Children, Youth, and Family Services Consortium. I also completed two years of in-depth pre-doc and post-doc training at Wright Institute Los Angeles and earned a certificate in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.
I draw upon other orientations such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as needed
